What is The JAVA Method exactly?
JAVA is my signature method I officially created after spending years creating a mindset routine that worked for both my part-science & part-spiritual self. It stands for:
Journaling
Affirming
Visualizing
Action
This method is designed to use your sensory organs as much as possible to help you activate different parts of your brain. It’s backed by neuroscience and these tools have been proven to rewire your brain on a physiological level.
The JAVA Method has become a foundational part of my coaching process as it has been an absolutely life-changing part of my clients’ transformations in not only their mindset but in their personal fulfillment in their business and life.
Who is The JAVA Method for?
The JAVA Method is designed specifically for business owners and entrepreneurs. Since building a business brings it’s own set of challenges, the exercises are tailored to support you as you navigate the ups and downs of your journey.
How are the tools delivered?
All content is hosted in a private Circle community that you can access at your convenience. You will also receive a weekly email with specific mindset tools and exercises to implement that week.
When are the monthly calls?
Our group coaching calls are hosted on Zoom on the third Wednesday of each month at 11am CST, unless otherwise noted. These calls are recorded and uploaded to the membership area.
How much time will I need to spend on this each day?
These exercises are designed to take no more than 20 minutes a day. It’s important for you to prioritize this work and make it work for you. I always recommend adding these exercises to an established routine for consistency. You’re welcome to customize it as you see fit.
